The problem with nissans is Nissan owners, they are worse than perhaps any other car owner demographic for so many reasons, one of those is they never do any of the recommended maintenance, The few nissans I see at work with a full service history are actually very nice and reliable if a bit plasticy and cheap

I think they took some cues from Mazda’s interior design language. Do any other Nissan’s have a dash like that? The production version will probably all be grey and black plastic with dark grey cloth seats and definitely
no double quilting.

Def a part of the problem. When I worked for Enterprise in College we’d get brand new Nissan’s with trim pieces falling apart and other issues. The Altima was famous for not holding any washer fluid, they always cracked. These problems weren’t huge, but never gave me much faith in the brand.

Yeah they did take cues from Mazda.
No other Nissans have a dash like that. But looking at this, it seems as if their remaining car interiors will go in this direction too. But I hope they keep this color...
